IDEMIA Employee Referral Program



Employees of IDEMIA are encouraged to refer qualified candidates for employment consideration. The Company will pay a referral bonus in the amount of $10,000 for any Software Engineer and Program Manager positions, $5,000 for other exempt level positions, and $500 for non-exempt positions, provided that the candidate is hired and remains employed for six (6) months after the date of hire (the “waiting period”). The referral bonus will be paid on the next scheduled pay date after the waiting period is completed, and is subject to the following terms and conditions.


  • Employees at the VP level or above and Human Resources personnel are not eligible for a referral bonus.
  • Supervisors, Managers, and Directors are not eligible for a referral bonus for any employee hired under their span of control, or if they are in any way involved in the interviewing or hiring process.
  • If more than one employee refers the candidate, the bonus will be paid to the employee who submitted the candidate first into the system.
  • All referral bonuses are subject to applicable federal, state, and local tax withholding.

Eligibility is further contingent on the following conditions:

  • Candidate may not be a current or former IDEMIA employee.
  • Candidate may not have applied for employment with IDEMIA within the six (6) months prior to the referral.
  • Candidate must be hired within six (6) months after the referral is submitted.
  • Candidate must be hired for a regular, full-time position.
  • Candidate may not have been a temporary agency employee, a consultant or an independent contractor of IDEMIA within the six (6) months prior to the referral.


Employees must submit referrals by reviewing the open positions on the IDEMIA Internal Career Site, and then submitting their referral by clicking on the Submit Referral Tab, which is located at the bottom of the job description. Follow the on-screen prompts to submit your referral’s information. You will receive an automated confirmation email once complete.
